The population in this study was 30 people so that the entire population was used as a sample. Based on the data analysis process, the first step is to test classical assumptions and then hypothesis testing is carried out. The statistical method used is multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the t hypothesis test, the significance value for the organizational support variable was 0.014 <0.05. The value of tcount > ttable (2.629 > 2.055). So it can be partially concluded that organizational support has a significant effect on work productivity. The significance value of the quality of work life variable is 0.023 <0.05. The value of tcount > ttable (2.419 > 2.055). It can be partially concluded that the Quality of Work Life has a significant effect on Work Productivity. The significance value of the job satisfaction variable is 0.024 <0.05. The value of tcount > ttable (2.399 > 2.055). So it can be partially concluded that job satisfaction has a significant effect on work productivity. Based on the results of the F hypothesis test, the Fcount > Ftable value was obtained, namely 17.227 > 2.98 and the F significance value was 0.000 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus, together (simultaneously), Organizational Support, Quality of Work Life, and Job Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity.
Kristanty Nadapdap Copyright (c) 2023 Basic and Applied Management Research Journal 2023-12-27 2023-12-27 1 2 60 67 10.11594/bamrj.01.02.01 The Important to Incresea Adaptive Performance for Apprentices https://bamr.futuresciencejournal.org/index.php/BAMR/article/view/38
In today's era of disruption, organizational learning has become the only continuous advantage. Adaptive Performance variables can describe the results of causality tests that show that Communication has a positive and significant effect on Adaptive Performance. There is an indirect influence on the variable Self Leadership on Adaptive Performance, which Self Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Adaptive Performance. Self Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Communication. Communication has a positive and significant effect on Adaptive Performance.
